VENUS ENVY(muses of another world)

A woman tall and slim

Walks within

This man who is a man.

He  looks at her

Longs for her hair,

Her lips

Her hips.

Oh what it is to want and yearn,

To be each other each in turn.

And to face inside,

To slide,

Into her dress,

Put on her shoes.

And in confusion lose,

Oneself.

I like how you wrote this poem, very clever with the wording. I thought it was going in one direction and then it went somewhere else. Not sure if that was your intent, but that’s how I read it 😀
